Job TitleGeneral Job SummaryHandle incoming and outgoing communication with TBN partners dealing with inquiries and requests relating to donations, gift offers, network programs, donor files and other mattersData entry on multiple software platforms for donor mail, phone calls, email, and website communication from TBN partners around the worldProvide introductory support and communicate effective troubleshooting steps through various platforms, effectively diagnosing problems, and escalating issues to higher-level support, while monitoring timely resolution of inquiriesRequirements & SkillsPrevious high-volume customer service or call center experienceStrong data entry and computer skills in a multi-tasking environmentStrong critical thinking skills and ability to problem solve – previous support desk experience a plusExcellent telephone etiquette and ability to interact in a warm, friendly, professional manner leaving a positive impression consistent with the Christian ministry of TBNFluent in English with excellent written and communication skills – Bilingual English/Spanish a significant plus40 wpm typing, 10-key proficiencyAbility to discreetly handle sensitive and confidential informationEnjoy an open-office, team-environment with significant interpersonal interaction
