What You'll Do:
- Perform TIG welding on aluminum components with a strong focus on quality and appearance
- Weld, fit, and assemble parts according to blueprints and specifications
- Complete tack welding and final welds on aluminum products
- Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet quality standards and customer requirements
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings and work instructions
- Use hand tools, measuring devices, and welding equipment safely and effectively
- Assist with light metal preparation and finishing as needed
- Previous aluminum TIG welding experience required
- Ability to produce clean, consistent, high-quality welds
- Experience reading blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workmanship
- Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and stand throughout the shift
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour, based on experience
- Shift: Day Shift
- Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week
- Enjoy a three-day weekend every week!
