You'll oversee daily operations for your assigned shift, managing resident care and supporting staff to ensure a safe, comfortable, and caring environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCare Leadership: Oversee patient care with a focus on high standards and compassionate service. Perform physical, psychological, and social assessments and communicate updates to physicians, families, and care teams as needed.Direct Patient Care: Administer IV therapy, medications, and treatments per physician orders. Provide care for residents needing ostomy and catheter care, tube feedings, and insulin injections.Team Supervision: Assign duties to nursing personnel based on patient and unit needs.
