Direct Support Professional

As a DSP, you will provide compassionate care and assistance to clients in their homes, helping them achieve greater independence and quality of life. Your responsibilities may include: Offering companionship and emotional support Assisting with daily living skills including meal preparation and grocery shopping Light housekeeping and laundry assistance Providing transportation for appointments and errands Supporting clients with their individual needs and goals We offer flexible scheduling options with both full-time and part-time shifts available, tailored to fit your availability. We provide thorough training to ensure you feel confident in delivering quality care. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (Required) Previous experience working with individuals with developmental, intellectual disabilities, mental health challenges, or in a caregiving role is preferred Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to provide compassionate, person-centered care while promoting independence.
