Phlebotomist Floater Job Location: Crystal, MN Job Duration: 3+ month contract Shift: Mon Fri, 08:00 AM 05:00 PM CST Pay Rate: $28.00/ hour on W2 Job Description The Phlebotomist III - Floater serves as a key point of contact for patients, supporting routine care and important health-related decisions. This role involves collecting high-quality blood samples and preparing specimens for laboratory testing in accordance with established procedures. The position requires direct patient interaction and the ability to perform blood draws safely, accurately, and professionally while building patient trust. Coverage is provided across multiple locations and service areas, including Patient Service Centers, In-Office Phlebotomy (IOP), mobile services, and Long-Term Care. Candidates must be able to lead on site and support onboarding for new clients and employees. The role may also support complex, high-volume operations and requires strong communication and collaboration with teams such as Sales, Lab Testing, IT, Billing, and Logistics. Work Experience Three years of phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections. Minimum 3 years in a PSC/IOP environment preferred. Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred. Keyboard/data entry experience.
