We’re looking for motivated individuals who are newly licensed or actively working toward their real estate license and want a clear path to building a productive business.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+

$125,500 - $285,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate relationships with potential buyers and sellers to build a robust client base.
• Utilize our proven systems to generate and follow up on leads effectively.
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings to prospective clients.
• Negotiate offers and contracts to ensure favorable outcomes for clients.
• Stay informed about market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate advice.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for success.
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs to enhance your skills and knowledge base.

Qualifications:

• Experience in building and nurturing client relationships with a genuine interest in their needs.
• Ability to utilize lead generation systems effectively to connect with potential buyers and sellers.
• Proven track record of conducting property showings and providing valuable market insights to clients.
• Strong collaboration skills to work seamlessly with team members and refine sales strategies.
• Commitment to attending weekly coaching sessions for continuous skill enhancement and market trend updates.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions in a CRM system.
• Motivated self-starter with a passion for connecting with and helping people in the real estate industry.
