We are looking for a Digital Sales Supervisor to join our sales team! The salary range for this position is $56,159.83 to $70,199.78 based on skills and experience.

As a dedicated member of the OnPath FCU team, this role performs a variety of tasks that in partnership with the surrounding departments, provides cost effective financial services for the benefit of our members who are our primary focus. Role The Digital Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Digital Sales team, ensuring a high level of service, productivity, and adherence to credit union standards. This position provides hands‑on leadership by coaching team members, supporting sales efforts, processing loan applications, and ensuring team alignment with OnPath’s mission, culture, and core values. The Team Lead plays a vital role in delivering consultative financial solutions to members and supporting the credit union’s lending and sales goals. Major Duties and Responsibilities Lead, train, and support Digital Sales team to deliver exceptional member service and meet individual seat goal/sales performance targets. Monitor team productivity and conduct ongoing coaching to promote continuous development and performance improvement. Manage staffing schedules, review timecards, and verify incentive payouts to ensure accuracy and compliance. Foster a high-energy, team-oriented environment that promotes motivation and healthy competition. Handle escalated member complaints and inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high satisfaction. Support team members in cross‑selling products and services and help them maximize sales opportunities. Take inbound loan applications by phone and process online loan requests, ensuring complete and accurate data entry for quick decisioning. Conduct consultative conversations with members to understand their financial needs and offer appropriate loan solutions. Identify cross‑selling opportunities using information gathered from applications, credit reports, and member interactions. Make outbound calls to generate new loan opportunities and follow up with potential leads. Consistently meet or exceed individual and departmental sales goals set by the credit union. Explain credit union policies, answer member questions, and resolve concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Maintain working knowledge of lending policies, procedures, membership eligibility, and account opening requirements. Accurately explain and offer loan protection products such as Debt Protection, GAP, and MRC. Stay current with federal and state regulations that impact lending practices and member transactions. Ensure confidentiality and security of all member information and transaction data. Utilize technology platforms to manage applications, communicate with members, and perform other system-based tasks. Keep management informed of team needs, operational issues, or process improvement opportunities. Knowledge and Skills Experience Has at least 5 years of successful sales experience, retail preferred. Must be available to work Monday thru Friday during normal business hours open to close and some Saturdays 9‑1 pm. Proven track record in cross‑selling products and services. Education/Certifications/Licenses A high school diploma, some college preferred; and two to three years of experience in a financial institution or retail institution. Interpersonal Skills Courtesy and tact are essential. The role involves personal contact with customers and others inside and outside the organization, generally regarding fairly routine matters for the purposes of giving and obtaining information or instructions, updating or referring. Communications generally require shorter and not in-depth discussions. Other Skills Established history of working well with others. Excellent oral and written communication skills are a necessity. Candidate must possess the ability to read and write effectively. Candidate must have strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills. Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first‑level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting. ADA Requirements Physical Requirements Is able to bend, sit, and stand in order to perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in an emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including computer terminals and keyboards, telephones, copiers, facsimiles, and calculators. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6‑8 hours per day, when necessary. Must be able to work extended hours or travel off site whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance. Working Conditions Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate‑controlled shared work area with minimal noise. Mental And/or Emotional Requirements Must be able to perform job functions independently or with limited supervision and work effectively either on own or as part of a team. Must be able to read and carry out various written instructions and follow oral instructions. Must be able to complete basic mathematical calculations, spell accurately, and understand computer basics. Must be able to speak clearly and deliver information in a logical and understandable sequence. Must be capable of dealing calmly and professionally with numerous different personalities from diverse cultures at various levels within and outside of the organization and demonstrate highest levels of customer service and discretion when dealing with the public. Must be able to perform responsibilities with composure under the stress of deadlines / requirements for extreme accuracy and quality and/or fast pace. Must be able to effectively handle multiple, simultaneous, and changing priorities.
