Escrow Officer

Salary: USD25 - USD35 per hour Escrow Officer Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a detail-oriented Escrow Officer to join their banking client's team in San Diego. This position is a contract role lasting 90+ days, with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs. The ideal candidate will have recent experience in escrow processes and be familiar with RBJ software. Requirements: Education requirement: High School Diploma. Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Compensation: Pay ranges from $25 to $35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities: Perform Officer’s duties for all assigned files, including funding and closing of all escrow transactions. Utilize RBJ software effectively for escrow operations. Bring a minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Escrow Officer. Demonstrate knowledge of mobile home, commercial real estate sales, probate, and bulk transfer transactions, which is considered a plus. Ensure bondability and pass a background check by the Department of Financial Protection and Innovation and Escrow Agents Fidelity Corporation.
