Location: Newport News, VA
Pay Rate: $25-$31/hr

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in maintenance, construction, or general labor who are comfortable working with tools and performing a variety of repair and upkeep tasks.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, machinery, and facilities
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and/or structural issues
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Conduct inspections to identify and resolve potential problems
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks to ensure equipment efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow work orders, safety procedures, and company policies

• Previous experience in maintenance, construction, or a related field preferred
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems is a plus
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical work throughout the shift
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
