Who you work with matters. We are looking for a real estate agent who wants to continue building personal production while earning rewarding commissions and growing into a leadership and mentorship focused opportunity within the South Bay real estate market. This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys helping others succeed, leading through action, and creating a positive impact while continuing to grow their own business.
You will remain active in lead generation, client relationships, transactions, and day to day production while helping newer agents develop stronger habits, improve follow up, and build consistency through proven systems and accountability. Through ongoing collaboration and real world exposure, you will help create an environment where agents learn through activity, communication, and practical experience rather than theory alone.
The environment is centered around growth, coaching, and production. You will work alongside agents who value professionalism, consistency, and long term development while contributing to a culture that encourages learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
