Step into an impactful role supporting middle school students as a 1:1 Paraprofessional in a welcoming educational environment near Malvern, PA. This contract position starts August 24, 2026, and runs through June 8, 2027, offering the unique opportunity to make a difference throughout the school year.

You’ll work standard school day hours—7:30am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday—totaling 35 hours each week. As a dedicated paraprofessional, you’ll provide essential one-on-one support, helping students achieve success both in and out of the classroom.

Desired Qualifications:

• Previous experience supporting students in a school setting, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation for daily commuting
• Current PA Clearances dated within the last 12 months, or willingness to update promptly
• Valid CPR/First Aid certification; CPR must be completed in person
• Ability to adapt, take initiative, and foster a supportive learning atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct 1:1 support to a middle school student, ensuring their educational and behavioral needs are consistently met
• Assist teachers in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and classroom activities
• Cultivate a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Monitor student progress and communicate updates to educators and parents, as needed
• Encourage independence and confidence in daily routines and academic tasks
