Job Description

Lost Cowboy Taproom of the Michael Timothy's Dining Group is actively seeking a motivated full-time Line Cook to prepare and cook food in our new Portsmouth , NH location (opening 2nd week of November). Experienced prep/line cooks can earn up to $21-25$ / hour . We provide great benefits and perks , including benefits that start for any employees with schedules from 20 hours per week and up. ABOUT MICHAEL TIMOTHY'S DINING GROUP

We are a dining group that manages full-service restaurants throughout the state of New Hampshire and Woburn Massachusetts , including restaurants like Buckley's Great Steaks, Lost Cowboy Brewing , Surf Restaurant, Rosa, Buckley's Burger and Steaks, Buckley's on the water, Lost Cowboy Taproom and Buckley's Bakery & Cafes. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LINE COOK

As our Line Cook, you are key to providing high-quality food to guests. Following recipes with care, you clean, cut, and cook all food items in accordance with our procedures and health regulations. You keep stations clean and stocked as well as work with servers and other kitchen staff members to complete orders. With attention to detail, you ensure that food is plated well and finished in a timely manner. You enjoy creating the exceptional dishes our guests will love!

QUALIFICATIONS OF A PREP COOK

Experience working in a commercial kitchen
Able to work early morning/afternoon nights and weekends

Are you an excellent communicator? Can you work in a fast-paced environment? Do you manage your time well and prioritize tasks accordingly? Can you be patient and professional with staff and customers? If yes, please consider applying to this Line Cook job!

WORK SCHEDULE

Encouraging a positive work/life balance, we offer 4-5/ day workweek schedules , comprised of mostly morning/afternoons nights and weekends.
