Technical Support Analyst

The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our staff and clients. This individual will work closely with our IT team to ensure the smooth operation of our systems and technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer service-oriented approach. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to staff and clients for all IT-related issues and inquiries Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software Monitor and maintain system performance and security Assist with the implementation of new technology and systems Document and track support requests and resolutions Train staff on new technology and software as needed Collaborate with IT team to identify and implement process improvements Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 2+ years of experience in a technical support role Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems Experience with network troubleshooting and configuration Familiarity with virtualization and cloud computing Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Customer service-oriented mindset Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
