Medical Billing & Accounts Receivable Specialist Florence, SC | Pediatric Office 18–19/hour | Temp-to-Perm Opportunity Responsibilities Follow up on outstanding insurance claims (Medicaid & commercial). Post charges, payments, and remittances (EOBs) accurately. Research and resolve denied or unpaid claims. Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim status. Work AR aging reports and assist with keeping accounts current. Support a smooth and accurate billing and revenue cycle process. Qualifications 2–3+ years of medical billing and/or accounts receivable experience. Strong knowledge of insurance claims, EOBs, and denial management. Experience working with Medicaid is highly preferred. Certification in medical billing or a related field is a plus. Dependable, punctual, able to work independently. Compassionate, team-oriented, and takes pride in their work. Strong communication and organizational skills. Benefits Pay $18.00 to $19.00 per hour.
