Shuttle Driver

Elite Parking Services of America is seeking a professional Shuttle Driver to safely transport passengers between designated locations while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining compliance with all DOT regulations.

The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, customer-oriented, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Safely transport passengers between assigned locations, assisting with boarding and exiting when needed

Deliver friendly, professional customer service and handle passenger questions or concerns with a calm, courteous demeanor

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, keep vehicles clean, and report any maintenance or safety issues right away

Communicate clearly with dispatch, supervisors, and passengers by phone, radio, or in person

Report accidents, policy violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to your supervisor immediately

Maintain thorough knowledge of the downtown Jacksonville area, including major streets, landmarks, and highways

Complete required logs, inspections, and documentation accurately and on time

Follow all federal, state, and local transportation regulations, and participate in required drug/alcohol testing programs

Maintain a neat, professional appearance and arrive on time, every scheduled day

Qualifications

Valid Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsement

Current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate

Clean driving record no major violations in the past three years

Minimum one year of CDL driving experience preferred

Strong customer service and communication skills; able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Comfortable using hand-held devices, two-way radios, and company software

Must be 21 or older

Physical Requirements

Able to sit for extended periods while driving

Able to lift/move up to 75 lbs

Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Schedule varies by location and operational needs, and may include weekends and holidays.
