Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining product and industry knowledge. You will work in a team-oriented environment that accelerates operational efficiency. Responsibilities and Duties As a senior level mechanical engineer, this position is responsible for the following: Performing initial and ongoing design reviews Delivering documentation offering a critical analysis and suggestions for process improvement Submitting a scope of work for each project that includes budgetary numbers and the goal of each project Developing SolidWorks 3D CAD project drawings and details Troubleshooting design and assembly issues on site at customer location Qualifications The qualifications for this position include: 4-year degree in Engineering (mechanical specialization preferred), or at least 10 years of mechanical engineering work experience. Very strong knowledge of SolidWorks 3D CAD software and engineering procedures regarding project detailing. Excellent prioritization and project development skills. Ability to listen effectively and follow specific directions. Excellent analytical communication and organizational skills Knowledge of general industrial safety guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
