This position offers the opportunity to shape strategy and modernize key programsintroducing new awards, optimizing processes, and leveraging data insights to enhance engagement, control costs, and improve the overall team member experience.
What you'll do:
- Lead and oversee enterprise recognition programs, setting strategy and governance to ensure consistency, compliance, and cost-effective execution across the organization.
- Design and deliver a comprehensive leader education strategy, enabling appropriate use of recognition tools, budgets, and standardized practices while reducing fragmented, ad hoc programs.
- Direct the development and launch of a mid-level recognition award, establishing a scalable, standardized approach for recognizing top performers at key intervals.
- Own the evaluation and redesign of Nonstop Thanks point allocations, ensuring equitable distribution aligned with market best practices and organizational priorities.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for program enhancement, streamlining administrative processes, and implementing automation to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Establish and lead a data-driven measurement framework, leveraging insights on utilization, engagement, and ROI to inform strategic decisions and enhance overall program impact.
All you'll need for success:
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
- 5+ years experience in related field
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience:
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage recognition, rewards, or team member engagement programs
- Strong background in program design, process improvement, and leveraging analytics to drive strategic decisions and measurable outcomes.

- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities simultaneously, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
