Compensation: $2404 - $2897 | Shift: Rotating

Our organization is on the lookout for a committed RN to join their team and deliver outstanding care in the Family Birthing Center.

In your role as a Registered Nurse in Labor & Delivery, you will be essential in safeguarding the health and well-being of both mother and child. Your responsibilities will include managing patient care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and offering support and education to patients and their families.

• Conduct thorough assessments and gather data focusing on physiological, psychosocial, and cognitive aspects
• Implement and follow care plans and procedures diligently
• Recognize and address patient educational needs, providing necessary information
• Accurately document patient care in electronic medical records
• Effectively delegate and oversee patient care activities
• Serve as Charge Nurse when needed, overseeing patient assignments and coordinating staff coverage
• Engage in professional development through continuous education and training
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and organizational policies
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant setting
• Current RN Licensure in Washington State
• Obtain HCP Level of BLS certification within 30 days of hire
• Advanced certifications such as AAP NRP, ACLS, and AWHONN’s Intermediate Fetal Monitoring are required or preferred
