You work closely with clients and internal partners, building strong relationships and delivering timely solutions. Your role is essential in driving innovation and supporting the growth of our payments business.Job responsibilitiesLead integration testing by collaborating with clients to define scope, implement test plans, and execute transitions to productionManage incoming demand efficiently through effective queue management and time managementCollaborate with Business Development, Product Solution Specialists, and Relationship Management to deliver innovative client solutionsLead recurring team meetings and training sessions to keep the team ahead of industry trends and best practicesIdentify and address service gaps to improve the testing experience and exceed team deliverablesOversee department procedures and processes, reporting and addressing gaps to enhance efficiencyProvide clear updates and technical guidance to mid and senior managementFoster a culture of collaboration, diversity, and inclusion within the teamPromote change by driving improvements in service and processTake ownership of project outcomes and proactively manage escalationsBuild strong relationships with clients and internal partners to support seamless integrationsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsMinimum 5 years of work experience, including 3 years in Operations or Technology within the credit card processing industryExpertise in modern authentication protocols, including OAuth2.0 and mTLSAbility to interpret technical specifications and APIs for proprietary platformsExperience with REST-based APIs and Open API SpecificationsFamiliarity with AI/LLM and data tools such as Tableau, Splunk, Datadog, and AWSDetail-oriented problem solver with strong de-escalation skillsConfident communicator able to provide clear updates to mid and senior managementAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsBachelor’s degree strongly preferred; robust work experience consideredExperience diagnosing complex application, data, and network issuesExperience in card services and ecommerce industry; knowledge of proprietary Commerce Platform a plusFamiliarity with asynchronous responses, webhooks, Swagger, YAML, JSON, Markdown, and GitHubProven knowledge of merchant services, including PCI, operational controls, and risk mitigationFormal project management skills or exposure to project management concepts (e.g., Project Management 101) JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
