Pediatric Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Pediatric Associates is seeking a Full-time Outpatient Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our practice in North Miami Beach, FL.

Position Overview:

• Full-time Premium Schedule
• • 3 weekdays, 1:30pm-9pm
  • 2:4 weekends
    • Saturday, 1pm-8pm
    • Sunday, 12pm-5pm
• No rounding or call schedule
• Visits include sick and well visits
• EMR: eClinical Works with AI charting capabilities
• Guaranteed base salary + $10,000 sign-on bonus

Experience:

• 2 years of general pediatric experience as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant is required

Education, Licensure & Certification:

• Successful completion of an Accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
• Physician Assistants must have passed the NCCPA certification exam
• Nurse Practitioners graduating after July 1, 2006, must be board certified
• Nurse Practitioners must be certified by the ANCC or PNCB
• Current, Unrestricted license to practice medicine or the ability to obtain in the State of Florida
• Current, Unrestricted DEA license or the ability to obtain in the State of Florida
• Meets all requirements to obtain medical staff membership and privileges as required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
