Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their preferences.
• Conduct product demonstrations, explain vehicle features, financing, and warranties.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Keep updated on inventory and market trends.
• Complete sales documentation accurately and comply with policies.
• Offer test drives following dealership procedures.
• Analyze sales performance to improve effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven automotive sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with enthusiasm for teamwork.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug test.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive pay ranging from $36,000 to $100,000 per year, paid semi-monthly.
