Woodworker / Carpenter / Cabinet Maker - Commercial Casework Manufacturing

is partnering with an established custom commercial casework manufacturer seeking an experienced Woodworker / Carpenter / Cabinet Maker for a full-time evaluation-hire opportunity. Join a locally owned company with long-term employees, steady work, and opportunities to grow your woodworking and fabrication skills in a commercial manufacturing environment.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in carpentry, woodworking, cabinet making, millwork, construction, fabrication, or commercial casework manufacturing .

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $20/hour based on experience
Schedule:
- Monday-Thursday: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Friday: 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Opportunity for overtime available

Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and shop drawings
Fabricate custom commercial casework and architectural millwork
Build walls, teller lines, nursing stations, cabinetry, office furniture, and other commercial fixtures
Work with woodworking materials including particle board, laminate, veneer, and solid surface materials
Set up and operate woodworking machinery and power tools, including saws and routers
Measure, mark, cut, and trim materials to required specifications
Assemble custom wood products and cabinetry components
Troubleshoot fabrication and assembly issues during the production process
Sand, scrape, trim, and prepare surfaces for finishing
Follow written and verbal instructions to meet customer and production specifications

Qualifications & Requirements

Previous experience in woodworking, carpentry, cabinet making, millwork, construction, or fabrication required
Experience using woodworking tools and equipment including saws, routers, and hand tools
Ability to read blueprints and follow technical specifications
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Excellent communication skills and positive team attitude
Reliable work ethic and willingness to work overtime as needed
Vocational degree or technical training in woodworking preferred
