Woodworker / Carpenter / Cabinet Maker - Commercial Casework Manufacturing


is partnering with an established custom commercial casework manufacturer seeking an experienced Woodworker / Carpenter / Cabinet Maker for a full-time evaluation-hire opportunity. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in carpentry, woodworking, cabinet making, millwork, construction, fabrication, or commercial casework manufacturing .

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $20/hour based on experience
• Schedule:
  • Monday-Thursday: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Friday: 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Opportunity for overtime available

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and shop drawings
• Fabricate custom commercial casework and architectural millwork
• Build walls, teller lines, nursing stations, cabinetry, office furniture, and other commercial fixtures
• Work with woodworking materials including particle board, laminate, veneer, and solid surface materials
• Set up and operate woodworking machinery and power tools, including saws and routers
• Measure, mark, cut, and trim materials to required specifications
• Assemble custom wood products and cabinetry components
• Troubleshoot fabrication and assembly issues during the production process
• Sand, scrape, trim, and prepare surfaces for finishing
• Follow written and verbal instructions to meet customer and production specifications

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in woodworking, carpentry, cabinet making, millwork, construction, or fabrication required
• Experience using woodworking tools and equipment including saws, routers, and hand tools
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical specifications
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Excellent communication skills and positive team attitude
• Reliable work ethic and willingness to work overtime as needed
• Vocational degree or technical training in woodworking preferred
