Licensed Psychiatrist

Headway is seeking a Licensed Psychiatrist to expand access to high-quality mental healthcare through our tech-enabled platform. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, provide accurate diagnoses, and deliver evidence-based treatment, including medication management and coordination with therapists and primary care providers. You’ll leverage telepsychiatry to reach diverse patients, document care in our streamlined systems, and collaborate within a supportive, inclusive culture that values innovation, clinician well-being, and continuous improvement in patient outcomes.
