Quick Facts: Location: 100 Hospital Avenue, DuBois, PA 15801 Start Date: 06/29/2026 End Date: 12/29/2026 (6 months) Shift: 24-hour call shifts (7:00 AM 7:00 AM) Hours/Week: Varies based on coverage schedule Employment Type: Contract Licensure/Certifications: PA Medical License, Board Certified in Urology, ACLS, BLS Experience: Minimum 1 year required; 2+ years preferred Pay & Benefits: Pay Package: $2,730.00 per shift (all-inclusive) Shift Rate: $3,500.00 for 24-hour call shifts; callback: $437.50/hour Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick leave (per law) Licensure, certification, travel, and related reimbursements Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team What You'll Do: Provide expert urological care during scheduled 24-hour call shifts Support hospital staff with procedures such as cystoscopy, stent placement, kidney stone treatment, and rare torsion cases Support inpatient rounding in the mornings Consult with ER and outpatient teams on urological issues Perform procedures like Foley catheter placement and urologic evaluations as needed Collaborate with nursing, anesthesia, and emergency teams to deliver quality patient care Maintain accurate documentation in EMRs (Cerner and GE Centricity) What You Need: PA Medical License Board Certification in Urology (REQUIRED) ACLS and BLS certifications (REQUIRED) At least 1 year of relevant experience (preferred: 2+ years) Ability to work flexible 24-hour call shifts in a busy hospital setting About the Assignment: This position is at a busy hospital hub serving outlying facilities in Clearfield, Elk, and Brookville. The facility has 280 beds and requires coverage for adult urological cases, including emergent procedures. The assignment offers an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality care in a supportive environment with rapid credentialing and scheduling flexibility.
