Talent Acquisition Analytics Lead

Intuit is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Analytics Lead (Senior Staff) to join our People Data & Analytics team at Intuit. Our team partners closely with Intuitâ??s HR leaders, COEs, and business partners to deliver data-driven insights that shape our people strategies and elevate decision-making across the company. In this role, you will serve as a strategic analytics consulting partner to Talent Acquisition leadership, delivering actionable, business-driven insights that inform strategic talent decisions, improve organizational effectiveness, and drive positive hiring outcomes. As a Senior Staff Analytics Lead, you will lead Talent Acquisition Analytics strategy, help identify key success metrics, lead data workstreams, including AI enabled hiring analysis, forecasting, funnel insights, recruiter effectiveness, capacity modeling, dashboards, and data governance. You will oversee the end-to-end TA Data & Analytics roadmap, including evaluating where AI can be embedded to transform the space.

This role is critical to supporting key HR priorities such as organization effectiveness, site strategy and workforce planning. This individual will build trust with TA data (both in Avature, our ATS, as well as in our data lake) and deliver actionable insights that strengthen TAâ??s ability to meet business hiring needs. They will  have a strategic understanding of the talent data ecosystem to enable Intuit to deliver on operational excellence and hiring outcomes. This person will serve as a key partner in TAâ??s ongoing transformation - ensuring that our hiring processes are scalable, insight-driven, and aligned to our mission of powering prosperity for our people and the company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead analytics partner to TA leadership proactively identifying business challenges and responding through various analytics products including data storytelling briefings, executive presentations, strategic recommendations and dashboards.

• Identify, define, and align on key success metrics that measure recruitment effectiveness, efficiency, quality of hire, and overall talent acquisition health.

• Develop, maintain and socialize the Talent Acquisition Data & Analytics roadmap, reflecting a prioritized inventory of the current and upcoming work.

• Lead cross-functional TA analytics workstreams focused on hiring forecasting, funnel insights, recruiter productivity, reporting, dashboards, and data governance.

• Maintain deep understanding of TA data structures, recruiting systems, funnel metrics, hiring forecast models, and integrations with data lake tables and marts.

• Drive analysis across hiring pipelines to identify trends, friction points, and opportunities to improve hiring outcomes.

• Develop new metrics that will drive accountability within TA and business leaders for hiring strength and requisition governance.

• Drive requirements for scaled solutions including automated AI insights, dashboards and reporting solutions that support TA leadership, recruiters, people analytics, Finance, and business partners.

• Partner with platform and engineering teams to ensure TA data quality, cleanliness, and readiness for AI and advanced analytics.

• Identify and scope advanced analytics and AI use cases within Talent Acquisition to elevate insights and predictive capabilities.

• Collaborate across TA, People Analytics, Finance, and other stakeholders to share knowledge and build scalable, enterprise-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of People/HR Analytics experience with significant focus on providing Talent Acquisition analytics consulting support.

• 1+ years of experience leading Talent Acquisition analytics.

• Bachelorâ??s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

• Proven experience partnering closely with Talent Acquisition leadership to maintain end to end analytics roadmap as well as leading cross-functional analytics initiatives involving multiple stakeholders (HR, technology, and business).

• Highly data-driven, consultative, and passionate about data storytelling â?? a strong communicator who can influence executive stakeholders by translating data into insights and solutions for their business problemsÂ

• Demonstrated expertise in building and interpreting hiring models, including predictive or forecast models.

• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations for senior leaders.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity, governance, and storytelling.

• Experience working with Avature or other related ATS systems.

• Exposure to data governance frameworks or experience establishing data quality standards.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a consultative approach to influencing decisions.

The expected base pay range for this position is: Bay Area California $184,000- 249,000 Southern California $171,500- 231,500 Â
