In order to best serve Regions clients the IPF Relationship Manager should expect monthly contact with clients and perspective clients. These engagements should focus on client strategies as well as their project performance and financing needs.Primary ResponsibilitiesUtilizes knowledge of debt and deposit servicesEstablish sales plans for new and existing clients including cross-selling of Regions various products and servicesConducts client servicing and portfolio administrationTakes on additional responsibilities as directed by managerIdentifies process improvement opportunities and implements themTakes ownership of projectsThis position is incentive eligible.This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay. RequirementsBachelor's degree in related fieldSeven (7) years of commercial real estate banking lending experience preferredPreferencesBachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or EconomicsSkills and CompetenciesAbility to effectively prioritize multiple assignmentsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesStrong interpersonal skills and a positive, team-oriented approach to achieving goals and objectivesStrong negotiation skillsStrong work ethic and self-motivationStrong written and verbal communication skillsThis position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.Position TypeFull timeCompensation DetailsPay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions.
