Construction Manager

Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee a variety of construction projects in Akron USA. As the Contract Construction Manager you will be responsible for managing the entire construction process from start to finish. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per week. Responsibilities Plan and coordinate all aspects of construction projects including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements Review and approve project plans, designs, and specifications Hire and manage contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and timely completion of projects Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to stakeholders Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or issues that arise during construction Conduct site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications Requirements Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field At least 3 years of experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of contractors and subcontractors Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, stakeholders, and team members Preference will be given to candidates who are Pakistani or Kenyan nationals or have experience working in these countries This is an English-speaking job; fluency in English is required This position does not include accommodation; applicants must be able to arrange their own living arrangements in Akron Note: Our company is willing to train the right candidate for contract work without prior experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
