Executive Assistant

Provides high-level executive support to the Vice President/Senior Vice President of the department, performing many diversified administrative support functions requiring the regular exercise of discretion and independent judgment on matters of significance.

Education

• High School Diploma Required
• Bachelor's degree Preferred

Experience

• 3 to 5 Years Experience in Executive or Administrative Assistant role supporting a Legal Department, Law Firm, Compliance Department or an equivalent Corporate or Government Agency Required
• Experience providing Senior Level (Director and above) support - Preferred

Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point).
• Demonstrable proficiency in scheduling, planning, coordination, and the use of standard office equipment.
• A high degree of organizational skills, ability to set priorities, manage multiple demands and the ability to complete tasks under strict timelines
• Team player and flexible.
• Ability to ensure confidentiality and professionalism
• Ability to interact effectively with leadership, staff and customers.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to be self-directed, professional, and an effective team player.
• Exercise discretion in all matters and maintain high confidentiality standards.

Work Shift:

08:00 - 16:30 No Waive (United States of America)

Pay Range:

$44.05 - $59.46 Hourly Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure. Pay will be adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area. Note: Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting. The work shift will contain the word 'exempt' on it.
