If you’re looking to step into a leadership-driven engineering role with autonomy, technical depth, and strong career growth potential, this is an excellent opportunity.Key Responsibilities:Lead quality strategy initiatives, ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards (RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals)Evaluate and enhance testing processes including DVT, HALT, and reliability testing methodologiesLead root cause analysis efforts, including customer failure investigations and supplier corrective actions (SCARs)Drive product quality improvements through specification analysis and engineering change initiativesEvaluate and collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality standards and resolve defects at the sourceQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical fieldStrong PCB experience and electronics exposure with the ability to troubleshoot to the component level.5+ years of experience in quality engineering, process engineering, or similar rolesStrong experience with failure analysis, metrology, and reliability testing (HALT/HASS)Knowledge of global compliance standards (RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals)Experience with data analysis tools such as Minitab, JMP, or similarProficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar) preferredQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
