Diary Manager - NSU Midlands and South West / Wales

Overview: This is a specialist role within the National Security Division (NSD). The postholder will be responsible for providing diary management support to two Heads of National Security Units covering the Midlands (East and West Midlands) and the Wales and South West regions. The NSD manages People on Probation (PoP) who are convicted under the Terrorism Act, assessed as posing a terrorism‑related risk, identified as Critical Public Protection Cases, or linked to Serious Organised Crime where they present a serious and widespread risk to the public. Management of this cohort is subject to enhanced national standards and requires intensive multi‑agency collaboration with external partners. Working Arrangements & Further Information The MoJ offers hybrid working arrangements where business need allows. This is an informal, non‑contractual form of flexible working that blends working from your base location, different MoJ sites and/or from home (this role can only be worked in the UK and not overseas). Some roles will not be suitable for hybrid working. Hybrid working will not suit everyone’s circumstances. Arrangements will be discussed and agreed with the successful candidate(s) and subject to regular review. For nationally advertised roles, the successful candidate(s) will be appointed to a MoJ office location, which may include their nearest Justice Collaboration Centre or Justice Satellite Office.
