Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience required License: Must possess a valid New Hampshire RN license or Compact Certifications: BLS (AHA) certification required Must-Have: - Scrub experience is strongly preferred - Must be willing to perform Operating Room duties within scope of practice in the Interventional Radiology unit - Multiple surgical specialty experience required - Epic experience required - Must have reliable transportation Description: The Surgery Department specializes in the surgical treatment of a broad spectrum of clinical conditions. Highly skilled surgeons with special interests allow a wide variety of surgical procedures to be offered. Procedures include endocrine, breast, oncologic, gastrointestinal, colon and rectal, and hepatobiliary. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Candidates must be able to adapt to stressful situations quickly and effectively. All requests for time off must be noted and submitted at the time of application. No more than five days of time off will be accepted. Travelers may not take all holidays off and must work during specified holiday blocks. Scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission and will not be considered after the offer is made. Profile requirements include work history and relevant licenses or certifications.
