Pelvic Health Physical Therapist

Location: Cape Coral, FL

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule / Shift: 8-10 hour days, varying between 7 AM and 6 PM. Work schedule is 5 days a week.

Job Description: The Pelvic Health Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing evaluations and treatment plans for patients experiencing pelvic health issues, including urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, and pelvic pain, primarily for women, with preferred experience in treating men as well. You will float between outpatient locations, ensuring high-quality patient care and collaboration with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pelvic rehabilitation.
• Administer therapy interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Ensure compliance with all health protocols and treatment procedures.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and document care using EMR (Epic).
• Participate in ongoing education and training pertinent to pelvic health rehabilitation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license required.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is mandatory.
• Either Hermann & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification or APTA Board Certification in Pelvic & Women's Health is required.
