WelderWe are searching for an experienced welder at our Portland, OR facility.This role is perfect for a candidate who just received their welding certification or has less than 1-2 years for experience and is looking to be a part of an amazing team!Responsibilities include:Setup machines to exacting specifications and prepare machines for productionOperate various projection welding machine setupsArrange job parts by line number and by like pieces for processingCheck all dimensions/locations of hardware cut-outs and frame handing for accuracyMark identification information on material for communication with fellow employees as well as end userInstall all required reinforcements, including but not limited to hinge and strike reinforcements, various kinds of anchors, corner gussets and closer reinforcementsQualifications include:Must be proficient at reading work ordersMust have a concern for quality controlAble to work in a fast-paced environmentOur company provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
