Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experience IT professional to install, service and support of communication systems, A/V technologies, door access control, and surveillance solutions. The ideal candidate will also bring a solid background in Microsoft and Linus server environments, enabling them to integrate and manage system infrastructure in complex IT ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities: Implement integrated systems involving A/V, IP surveillance (CCTV), and electronic access control. Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux-based systems used in support of communication and security solutions. Collaborate with sales and project management teams to provide pre-sales support, including site assessments and solution recommendations. Perform service calls, troubleshooting and system upgrades as required. Configure and manage software platforms related to surveillance (VMS), access control, and device management. Implement and maintain network infrastructure supporting low-voltage and IP-based systems. Document all configurations, wiring diagrams, system architecture, and support procedures. Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, security standards, and safety protocols. Provide training to end0users on newly installed systems and software.

Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in systems integration, focusing on A/V, surveillance, access control, communication systems and related technologies. Proficiency in configuring and maintaining Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS/RHEL) Environments. Strong knowledge of IP networking, firewalls, switches and VLAN's. Experience working with platforms such as Avaya, Extron, Axis. Ability to interpret technical drawings, wiring schematics, and network diagrams. Excellent troubleshoot skills across hardware, software, and network layers. Capable of managing multiple projects and working independently or with cross-functional teams. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites as needed.

Preferred Certifications: CompTIA Network+ /Security+, Microsoft (MCP/MCSE), Linux+, RHSCA, or related credentials. Manufacturer specific certifications in A/V, surveillance, communication and/or access control systems. OSHA 10/30 or relevant safety training.
