Project Manager - Commercial Construction
Location: Winchester, VA

A well-established and growing commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects throughout the Winchester, VA region.
Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractor buyout, contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and cost reporting
- Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field teams
- Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards
Qualifications:
- Commercial construction project management experience required
- Experience with senior living, healthcare, higher education, hospitality, or institutional projects preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction schedules, budgets, contracts, and project documentation
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred
