Shuttleworth & Ingersoll, P.L.C. seeks an attorney with at least three years of law firm or equivalent experience to support the firm’s tax practice area. Ideal candidates should have prior experience in all facets of federal and state income tax planning, with an emphasis on the tax aspects of the purchase and sale of businesses and tax controversy work. Experience with estate and gift taxation, qualified plans, and employee benefits would be beneficial but not required. *Lateral Attorneys* Our lateral attorneys can expect to be challenged with a wide variety of sophisticated legal projects. As a collaborative firm, our attorneys find great satisfaction from being an extremely valuable part of a hardworking, close-knit team.
