Registered Dental Hygienist – Springfield, IL Renken Dentistry is looking for a growth‑minded Registered Dental Hygienist to add to our established Springfield, IL offices. Our general practices offer appointments in specialized fields of dentistry including Invisalign, implants, sleep dentistry, and more! The Position We’re looking for a team member who has a team‑oriented disposition, a growth mindset, and excellent communication skills to add to our practice. This team member should have an active BLS certification and an Illinois Registered Dental Hygienist license. What the Position Will Include Prepare the patient for their dental appointment by a warm welcome and ensure they are comfortable throughout their visit. Review patients’ health history and promote dental health by completing dental prophylaxis and teaching appropriate oral hygiene techniques. Be an advocate for the patient by helping them through their fears, anxiety, and discomfort. Staff Support A mentorship and training program throughout the initial 90 days of employment and continuing support thereafter. An in‑house Academy program to further skills and knowledge in the field of dentistry. Growth and leadership opportunities. Full‑time (35‑40 hours/week) and part‑time employment is available.
