Registered Nurse (RN) - Stepdown
TLC
Registered Nurse Medical-Surgical
Nights (7p - 7:30a) with every other weekend required.
36 hours/week. RN will work primarily on the Comprehensive Medical Unit but will also occasionally float between various Med-Surg units.
Minimum 3 years of current/recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience.
Active BLS certification required.
Current Epic EMR proficiency is required.
Must be able to read Telemetry.
Provide direct patient care and monitor patients' health status.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans.
Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
