Information Technology Program Manager

Job Title: IT Program Manager Location: Columbia, SC Work Arrangement: Partial Onsite - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and as needed. Hours: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm [30-minute lunch], with occasional weekends/off hours for implementations Duration: 6+ Months Responsibilities: Oversee 5+ projects in scope, time, and cost, including project planning, team coordination, status reporting, and executive briefings. Manage a team of 9 professionals handling approximately 65 efforts such as RFSes, POC/POTs, software and hardware implementations and upgrades, operationalization, among others. Qualifications: 7 years of IT leadership experience, including 4 years managing multiple concurrent project teams. Completion of the client Training Program for Project Management may substitute for one year of experience. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (4 years of relevant work or 2 years plus an associate’s degree). PMI PMP certification. Preferred Skills: Strong communication and written skills for team management and documentation. Adaptability to handle multiple efforts simultaneously. Issue management and resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
