Address any quality concerns raised by customers.

Customer Service:
Interact with customers, addressing inquiries and concerns regarding cleaning services.
Provide accurate information about pricing and turnaround times.
Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.

Staff Supervision:
Train new employees on proper dry cleaning techniques and company procedures.
Provide ongoing feedback and performance coaching to team members.
Address performance issues and disciplinary actions when necessary.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Operational Management:
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and chemicals.
Monitor equipment functionality and report any maintenance needs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
Adhere to company policies and standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Dry Cleaning Expertise: Thorough understanding of different fabric types, cleaning methods, stain removal techniques, and pressing procedures.
Leadership Abilities: Proven ability to motivate and manage a team, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts.
Customer Service Focus: Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a professional manner.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and ability to identify quality issues.
Problem-Solving Skills: Capacity to troubleshoot operational challenges and find solutions.
