Vice President Asset Management

Vice President of Asset Management (42684) Our client is an organization in the Waukesha County area that’s looking for a VP of Asset Management. Our client is looking for someone with 5+ years of experience, with excellent communication and leadership skills. This company offers a collaborative culture, competitive benefits, and flexibility. This position is onsite. The salary for this position is $90K - $150K. The VP of Asset Management will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Responsibilities Managed portfolio performance through financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and variance reporting. Executed asset strategies to maximize value through revenue optimization, refinancing evaluations, and portfolio planning. Partnered with property management teams to develop, review, and monitor budgets, forecasts, and business plans. Oversaw capital projects and asset improvement initiatives, including budget management and stakeholder communication. Managed lender compliance, loan administration, reporting requirements, and real estate tax matters. Conducted property inspections and operational reviews, recommending actions to enhance asset performance. Supported acquisitions, dispositions, and partner relations through due diligence, transaction oversight, and stakeholder communication. The VP of Asset Management will possess the following: Experience Required Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Real Estate 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate asset management, portfolio management, financial underwriting, and fund management.
