Job Description
Exciting and highly rewarding opportunity for a Senior Traffic Engineer/Project Manager looking to join the team in Milwaukee!This is a hybrid position with working three days in the office and two days remote.

Responsibilities:

Leadtraffic related design/plan development (roundabouts, traffic signals,construction staging, maintenance of traffic, signing, striping, andlighting)
Conductanalyses using simulation and modeling software
Produceplans, specifications and cost estimates
Ensuretime and budget project goals are met
Establishwork plans/staffing for project phases
Coordinateactivities of engineers, technicians, and production staff
Preparereports and specifications
Assistwith business development
Conductmeetings with clients and internal teams
Mentor/trainjunior staff

Requirements:

Bachelor'sdegree in civil engineering
8+years of related transportation experience
5+years of experience managing multi-disciplined projects
PELicense
Workingknowledge of the project development process
Previousbusiness development experience
Strongworking knowledge and previous experience with CADD software(MicroStation, AutoCAD, etc.)
Proficientin Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
PTOECertification or interest in attaining PTOE Certification preferred
Previousexperience in developing/evaluating transportation system and corridoralternatives preferred
Previousexperience with traffic operations analysis, forecasting, and modelingpreferred
Workingknowledge of traffic analysis software (Synchro/SimTraffic, VISSIM, etc.)preferred
Professionalregistration in 2 or more states preferred

Salary is commensurate with experience.
