The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of front-end and server-side architecture, scalable design principles, and is skilled at transforming complex datasets into insightful and user-friendly visualizations. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.### ResponsibilitiesArchitect and Develop: Design and implement architecture for complex applications using React, Java, and cloud native tools, focusing on performance, scalability, and reusability.Component Library Development: Create and maintain a scalable, reusable component library to ensure consistent design and function across the application.Code Standards & Best Practices: Establish and enforce development standards, code style guides, and best practices, including responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.Performance Optimization: Monitor and enhance application performance through techniques such as lazy loading, code splitting, and caching.Mentorship & Collaboration: Guide and mentor junior developers, promoting best practices and contributing to continuous learning within the team.### QualificationsExperience: 5+ years in full stack development with significant experience using React and related librariesExpertise in React: Advanced knowledge of React and its ecosystem (Redux, Hooks, Context API), as well as modern TypeScriptDemonstrated expertise in API development and best practices, including RESTful api design, versioning, authentication (e.g., OAuth, JWT), rate limiting, and documentation standards (e.g., OpenAPI/Swagger)Strong understanding of synchronous and asynchronous workflows, including event-driven architecture, message queuing, promise-based patterns, async/await paradigms, and multi-threading considerations in back-end systemsExpertise in Microservices, and backend web servers (python fastapi, ruby on rails)Tooling: Familiarity with modern build pipelines and toolsAWS Cloud infrastructure experience
