As a registered nurse (RN) joining our team, you will help make communities healthier and make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve. Unit Summary Join our 30‑bed Medical Surgical unit where you will provide compassionate care alongside Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants. With a 1:6 nurse‑to‑patient ratio, you will assess patient needs, administer treatments, and ensure patient comfort and safety in a collaborative environment focused on delivering high‑quality patient care. Responsibilities You will utilize your specialized plan‑of‑care intervention and serve as a patient‑care innovator. You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills and cutting‑edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing. Qualifications Current state RN license and an associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school. Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire. ACLS and PALS required within six months of hire. Preferred: One year of experience. Preferred: ASLS certification.
