Veterinary Medical Director: Lead Clinicians & Quality

Global Talent Partners is seeking a Veterinary Medical Director in Jacksonville, NC. This full-time, hospital-based leadership role leads medical quality and clinical standards across local hospitals while providing direct patient care part of each week.
You will coach associate veterinarians, recruit and mentor staff, ensure compliance with regulations, and champion preventive care. The role blends hands-on medicine with strategic oversight and enhances client experience.
