ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2019 and is a close-knit team of four who are focused on growth, positivity, and supporting one another. Before becoming an agent, I worked in healthcare, earned my MBA, and was later recruited by State Farm. That experience gave me a strong foundation in leadership and service, which shapes the way I run the office today.

Our office has a welcoming feel (my dog even comes to work!) so we keep things friendly and upbeat while still staying focused on results. We stay active in the community by participating in Chamber events, local parades, and town activities. Being present and involved locally is important to us.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Chelsea Stutzman - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
