Deliver World-Class Service – Deliver an amazing experience for our customers. Troubleshoot and Provide System Maintenance – Consult with clients regarding their heating and air conditioning systems, understand their concerns, and diagnose and fix the issue correctly. Advise on System Upgrades, Improvements, and Service Plans – Help customers uncover additional opportunities and needs related to their home comfort and air quality while offering your expert recommendation for the best solution. You are there to help today and in the future. Job Requirements These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position. Experience in residential HVAC Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift 60 lbs. Excellent communication skills with customers and office team Professional appearance and personality Pass a background check Benefits & Pay The pay range for this position is $25 to $35 per hour, depending on your experience and knowledge as an HVAC Technician. Commission on sales and lead conversions. One week paid vacation and routine paid training. We’re looking to hire only the best.
