Job Summary

Starting pay: $18. Supports Brew Brothers service operations by delivering food orders promptly and accurately, ensuring correct plate presentation, assisting servers and kitchen staff, and maintaining guest-ready quality to uphold fast, friendly, and efficient service.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

• Delivers food orders from kitchen to guests with accuracy and urgency
• Verifies ticket items and garnishes for correct presentation
• Communicates order status and guest needs to servers and kitchen
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of expo and service stations
• Assists with running side work, stocking, and table resets
• Supports guest service by responding to requests promptly and professionally
• Follows all food safety, sanitation, and company policies
• Collaborates with servers and hosts to ensure seamless service
• Performs additional duties or special assignments as required.

What You Will Need

• High school diploma or GED preferred; prior food service or hospitality experience helpful but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to carry multiple plates and navigate crowded spaces safely
• Attention to detail for order accuracy and presentation
• Professionalism and positive attitude in guest interactions
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Lift and carry up to 25 lbs
• Bend, reach, and move quickly throughout dining room
• Work in environments with noise, crowds, bright lights, and variable temperatures
• Obtain and maintain any required food safety certifications or gaming license if applicable
