Overwatchcm in Charleston is seeking a full-time Construction Manager as Advisor to oversee a chiller replacement project in a historic federal building. This role requires a highly visible presence on-site, ensuring quality, schedule, and risk management while coordinating with GSA stakeholders and contractors.
