Business Analyst – SAP & Supply ChainWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support supply chain and procurement technology initiatives. This entry-level role will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to analyze requirements, improve processes, and support the delivery of SAP-based solutions across procurement and logistics functions. The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge of SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA and an interest in supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, or warehouse management.Key Responsibilities:Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirementsTranslate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flowsSupport implementation and enhancement of SAP solutions across procurement and logistics domainsAssist in analyzing current processes and identifying opportunities for improvement and automationParticipate in workshops, interviews, and working sessions to understand business challengesCreate documentation such as process maps, use cases, and functional specificationsSupport testing activities including SIT and UATAssist in issue resolution and production support activitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, vendors, and system integratorsMaintain high attention to detail in data analysis and documentationTotal Rewards:Salary Range: $76,000 - $95,000Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factorsBenefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage ReimbursementAnnual bonus based on performance and eligibilityRequirements:Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field1-3 years of experience in business analysis or supply chain-related rolesFoundational understanding of SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANAFamiliarity with procurement, inventory, or logistics processesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation toolsPreferred Qualifications:1-2 years' experience in SAP MM, WM/EWM, or logistics modulesUnderstanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processesFamiliarity with Agile methodologiesExposure to SAP Fiori or SAP AribaRelevant internship or coursework in ERP or supply chainKey Competencies:Attention to detailAbility to learn quicklyStrong communication skillsProblem-solving mindsetProcess documentation skillsCompany Overview:Keurig Dr Pepper (Nasdaq: KDP) is a leading beverage company with more than 150 owned, licensed and partner brands that meet a wide range of needs and occasions.
